Shershaah’s trailer was launched amidst brave souls in Kargil
Shershaah’s trailer was launched in Kargil, ahead of Kargil Vijay Diwas on 25th July. The event was attended by the star cast Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, producers Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Shabbir Boxwala, director Vishnu Varadhan and several officers of the Indian Armed Forces, such as General Y K Joshi, General Officer Commanding-In Chief, Northern Command and Chief of Defence Staff, General Bipin Rawat.
The team of Shershaah, had flown to Kargil for the trailer launch.
“It was our dream to make a film on Vikram and it took birth in 2015. Shabbir Boxwala from Kaash Entertainment was the first person to approach us to make the film,” Vishal Batra, twin brother of Captain Vikram Batra said at the trailer launch, which marked the 22nd Kargil Vijay Diwas celebration.
