DIL KA RISHTA
A man faces a dilemma after he accidentally kills his lover’s fiancé and hides this secret from her. A wealthy and charitable young man, Jai Mehta (Arjun Rampal) visits a deaf and dumb school and falls in love with a teacher, Tia Sharma (Aishwarya Rai). When Tia introduces her fiancé, Raj (Priyanshu Chatterjee) to him, Jai is heartbroken and takes to drinking heavily. One night, under the influence of alcohol, Jai’s car collides with Raj and Tia’s car, instantly killing Raj and critically injuring Tia. When Tia gains consciousness, she is unable to recollect her past. Jai takes it upon himself to care for her and Tia begins to fall for Jai, and proposes marriage to him. But will a marriage build on a foundation of lies and deceit, last? Will Tia remember her past and forgive Jai or will she feel betrayed?
